The Ramblings of the Titanium Don

How Does Appreciation Empower Us?

Appreciation appreciates.

Everybody likes to be appreciated.  Being thanked in whatever form it takes goes a long ways towards feeling good and generating positivity.

Receiving appreciation is huge.  Expressing appreciation is even more ginormous.

AppreciationWe live in an abundant universe.  Lack and scarcity are manmade concepts, used to disempower the masses, and keep the collective consciousness controlled by a small group of individuals.  Every single one of us has the power to create amazing lives where we will not lack in the material nor immaterial.

Consciousness creates reality.  When we are focused on that lack and scarcity, we draw more.  Hence why it’s so very important to focus on abundance and gratitude.  Expressing appreciation for that which we already have and that which we continue to receive daily draws in more of the same.

To manifest anything we want, tangible or intangible, we need to give it our thoughts, feelings and intentional actions.  Everything in the universe at its core is energy.  Energy resonates at various frequencies.  Negativity is low frequency, positivity high frequency.  Gratitude is a part of positivity, so when we give thanks for things, we are building on the higher frequencies we need to feel good.

I know that feeling good all the time is impossible.  It just is, because there will be things that happen in life that cause us to feel bad.  Minor things from stubbing your toe getting out of bed to car accidents to losing people will generate bad feelings.  However, we do have the power to hold onto those negative emotions, or to work through them and let them go.

When we express appreciation for things we have in life, it feels good.  Giving thanks feels as good as getting it.  When we are having a bad day, gratitude can improve it.

Appreciation can be found in every imaginable size.

It is, even in the worst of times, easy to find things to appreciate.  Breathing, our six senses, the clothes we wear, having the ability to use this technology to share ideas and connect across the globe, the people in our lives…appreciation for any and all of these goes a long ways towards generating positivity.

Appreciation appreciatesWhen we start small, appreciating little things and expressing gratitude for them, it tends to build up to bigger things.  The more we are thankful for, the more things we will find to be grateful for.  Appreciation appreciates, and from there we can build untold amounts of positivity in our lives.

The only thing we have direct influence over is our own lives.  When we allow ourselves to get angry about all the terrible things happening across our world, we gather in more negativity.

I am in no way saying we should be ignorant of these world-wide matters, but we can’t do nearly as much to work on changing them from a place of hatred, anger and fear as we can from a place of love, calm and hope.

The most powerful movements that changed the world came from places of positive energy and high-frequency.  When we build positivity in our own every-day lives with appreciation, we create the essential building blocks necessary to change the world at large.  I think that is a totally worthwhile notion.

Finding positivity is not hard, but it does require action.

Knowing appreciation appreciates, we can use this to express gratitude for even the smallest things in our lives, to uncover more and larger things to be appreciative of.   When we appreciate and express our gratitude for more and more things in our lives, we generate higher frequencies that we use to ultimately empower ourselves.  When we feel empowered, we often spread that feeling to others around us, and as such can build more positive feelings.  We can use the positive feelings this generates to dissolve negative feelings.  When we take away negative feelings, we open up space to let in positive feelings, and that is something we can be grateful for.  Gratitude leads to happiness.  Happiness is the ultimate positive attitude.  Positive attitude begets positive energy, and that is always a good thing.
