Positivity: I AM
I am.
These can be the two most powerful generators of positivity you can possibly imagine.
The words “I am” can make your life as positive and happy or as negative and miserable as you choose. These two words create your world, whether consciously or unconsciously.
I cannot stress emphatically enough just how powerful the words “I am” are. This is how you identify not only WHO you are, but HOW, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, and even WHY you are. These two words are the keystone of consciousness, and consciousness creates reality.
What follows the words “I am” will equally make or break your life. Yet most people do not realize just how powerful these words are.
Negativity is following I am with late, tired, sad, depressed, miserable, sore, old, angry, lonely, undesirable, unloving, unloved, a loser…need I go on? Every single one of these creates your reality, and they are far more powerful than any of us really recognize.
Positivity is following I am with here, awake, happy, peaceful, joyous, energized, young, pleased, never alone, desirable, loving, loved, a winner…any positive reinforcement you can think of . Every single one of these creates your reality, and they are far more powerful than any of us really recognize.
How you follow the words “I am”, whether conscious or subconscious, is the key to living a life of positivity or a life of negativity. This is the simplest, most important means to generating positivity in the world. Yet these two simple words are overlooked, neglected, and often disregarded in favor of more complex concepts like “I could” and “I should” and “You are”.
I am is not about selfishness, it is about identity, it is about placement, it is about awareness. When you consciously focus on what follows the words “I am”, you have the ultimate tool for building positivity. I have yet to meet anyone in this world who prefers to feel and surround themselves consciously in negativity than positivity. So why don’t we all make better use of the words “I am” and think twice about what follows them?
I am happy that you are reading my words. I am grateful for your patronage. I am hopeful that my quest for positivity in my life brings positivity in yours. I am thankful.
Finding positivity is not hard, it just requires action. Knowing that the words “I am” are the most powerful creators available to us, we have an unlimited capacity to generate positivity for ourselves. When we generate more positivity for ourselves, our positivity can bring about positivity in others, and we can work together to use the positive energy to be happier. If more people think “I am positive,” this leads to the ultimate goal of “I am happy”. Happiness is the ultimate positive attitude. Positive attitude begets positive energy, and that is always a good thing.
This is the thirty third entry of my Positivity series. It is my hope these weekly messages might help spread positive energies for everyone. Feel free to share, re-blog and spread the positivity.
