Why Do You Deserve What You Desire?

Why do you deserve what you desire? The short answer is simply – because you do.

The slightly longer answer is because you deserve what you desire because you are capable of creating an incredible life where you are content and happy, because you can.

The much longer answer is that you deserve what you desire because we live in an abundant universe. Because of that abundance, and our power as creators, we are able to manifest our desires, and create unique, incredible, awesome, amazing lives.

It is imperative that we wrap our heads around several truths here. These truths are not self-evident, which is part of the issue.

Truths about why you deserve what you desire

First – We live in an abundant universe. We are constantly being sold lack and scarcity. Supplies are limited, resources are finite, yadayadayada. But when you look at how amazingly, infinitely expansive the Universe is, it’s evident how abundant it is. When we buy into all the messages of lack and scarcity and not enough, we fuel the fire. But it is not the truth.

I know that this feels like a lie – but it is not. The universe is truly a place of abundance. We need to stop accepting the lie that it is not, and realize that in this abundance we can do a whole lot of incredible, amazing things.

Second – We are the creators of our lives. Yes, there are things that we cannot control that happen around us and to us, but how we handle them and what we do with them is wholly on us. Things outside of ourselves can and will drive our emotions, but we have the ability to choose for how long. After that, we get to build our lives how we want them to be.

It does not always feel true, but we choose where and how to live, who to associate with, where to work, what to eat and where, and so on. Sometimes this is challenging, but we always have a choice. We are only trapped or stuck in a place because we have painted ourselves into that corner. And that is the truth.

More truths about why you deserve what you desire

Third – We are worthy and deserving of all that we desire. No matter what it is, we are worthy of it. We deserve it. That doesn’t mean the Universe in all its abundance will simply hand it to us on a silver platter. But it does mean that we are worthy of having it.

Tangible or intangible, we are worthy and deserving of love, money, abundance, joy, friends and lovers, cars, peace, and everything else that we want. We are often told that we need to be thinner, more attractive, smarter, better dressed, richer or what-have-you to be worthy of this, that or the other thing. But that’s not the case. You are worthy, you are deserving, and you do deserve what you desire.

Fourth – We are not in competition for resources. If I make a million dollars, it doesn’t deny you the ability to make a million dollars or more, and vice versa. When you find a lover, it doesn’t take away that ability to find a lover from anyone else. We desire different things, or even when things are similar there are differences because even with all the ways in which we are the same, each of us is unique. But WE ARE NOT IN COMPETITION FOR RESOURCES.

Because we frequently experience almost surreal amounts of greed and arrogance from many of the super-wealthy, we believe that there is lack and scarcity where it is a complete artifice. The truth is, it’s not a finite pie, it is infinite subatomic particles. When you have, you do not deny the ability of another to have, too. That is the truth.

When we accept these truths, we can begin to better use consciousness to create reality. With that, we can manifest a truly amazing world.

You deserve what you desire because you are worthy

You are worthy of love, of success, of joy, of abundance, of anything and everything you desire to have in your life. I know there are times when that feels like total bullshit, but it is still the truth.

We are loved. Maybe you are alone, and maybe not. But I assure you that you ARE loved. I may or may not know you, but I think you’re a pretty amazing person. You deserve what you desire, you are worthy of all the awesomeness you desire to have in your life.

It really is that simple.

The challenge is to ignore the overwhelming stream of negativity; the absence of kindness and empathy in so many people in so-called power; the messages of lack and scarcity; the fear being used to hold people down and prevent empowerment. We are empowered by our own minds, and we can use our thoughts, feelings and intentional actions to create an incredible world.

When you see that you deserve what you desire, and you go for it, you are empowered. When you are empowered, you will, in turn, empower those around you. You are worthy and deserving of all good things. And more.

Remember this, and know that it is the truth.
